| Set an appointment with Bev simply to interview her. Had others lined up to interview as well. Met with Bev, walked the house and told her what I was looking for. Bev was very honest and forthright with what she felt I needed to do in order to move the property in the time frame I was working. Needless to say, I cancelled any other meetings with potential agents and signed with Bev on the spot. Great decision in my opinion. Through out the SHORT TIME she had the property under her direction, she kept me up to date on any movement and got things done quickly. Which is exactly what I was looking for. I have zero reservation in recommending Bev and when the time should arise again, I will be reaching out to Bev to sell my existing home and find my family our new home.
